What Mantra Have You Made Familiar in Your Life? We all have a mantra or motto in life. We might not even realise we have a motto or a mantra until we check our thoughts. What do you say, think and feel about your life mostly? Is it I don't have enough time? FML? Life is hard? Nothing ever works out for me? ... We have around 60,000 thoughts a day and unfortunately around 80% of those thoughts are negative! Your world will reflect those thoughts as you get back what you project to the Universe. So it is crucial to project what you want and find a motto/mantra that brings you positive results. I invite you to take some time this weekend to reflect on your thoughts and see what your motto in life is and to come up with a new motto that benefits you. The mantra I use is " Things are always working out for me". When I am having a difficult time I add on o the end "even if it doesn't seem like it" I say it to myself as many times a day as possible ( sometimes over a hundred times a day) as I know it changes my energy, brings good things into my life and my life magically works out in ways I could not have foreseen! Another one I like to repeat to myself is that " I have perfect timing". This one is great if you feel rushed or want to be surprised and delighted at the timing of the Universe. Don't be surprised if you run into friends or rendezvous with someone holding the answers you were looking for What is your motto? Is it benefiting you? What would you like your motto to be? Once you have decided on your new motto or mantra repeat it as many times as possible in your day to make it familiar to you and watch your life start changing in the most amazing ways! Have a wonderful weekend, Natasha Nisha RTTP Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner NatashaNisha.com

What issues are holding you back as a Perfomer? I am curious to know what the main issues performers have. What is stopping you from the success you want? Is it lack of confidence, stage fright, self sabotage, writer's block, creativity blocks, motivation, etc,?... If you are a perfomer of any genre such as a singer, dancer, actor, writer, theater, etc I would love to know what is holding you back. I used to put on showcases for artists and I realized that it wasn't necessarily the most talented performers that won but those that had the right mindset and beliefs in themselves. I am very curious to see what the top 3 issues are! Thanks for your input :) Photo by Harrison Haines

https://youtu.be/qb-YGJKD1TY Make What You want Familiar for Success and Happiness! My goal is to help people have a fun and happy life. My posts will always be about uplifting people and helping them get rid of blocks in their life and improving their lives.... This post and my upcoming posts will be focusing on the rules of the mind so people can understand why they behave in the way that they do. One of the rules of the mind is that your mind likes to stick with what is familiar. Back in our tribe days, familiar kept us safe. Being in a tribe was safe, eating familiar foods were safe, familiar traditions kept us safe. Our minds also like to think thoughts that are familiar and are hardwired to think thoughts that are familiar to us. Which is great unless what we have been thinking is not beneficial to us. Our belief systems are formed in childhood usually through what our parents/guardians taught or told us. As a child we are like sponges and absorb what ever beliefs our parents told us or demonstrated to us and we take these beliefs with us into aduthoood. For many of us the belief systems we formed were not helpful ones so we need to make the old thoughts unfamiliar and beneficial thoughts familiar. But how does one make new thoughts familiar? Get clear on what you want! I believe one of the biggest reasons we don't get what we want is because we have not defined what we want so we don't make it familiar. Get a piece of paper and write down what you really want and start putting your focus and attention on the goals you want rather on why you can't have them. Another rule of the mind is that your mind responds to the pictures you construct and the words you tell yourself. So make the image of your goal vivid and feel how it will feel once you accomplish your goal. Make this feeling familiar. Read your goal a couple times a day. Try to keep your goal where you can see it often. Keep focused on what you want and how it will feel to have it and watch how fast the Universe starts showing you the way to accomplish your goals with ease! The video I have posted is a great video from Marisa Peer on making what you want familiar. Let me know what you want to make familiar in 2020. And how it will feel once you have accomplished your goal(s)! Natasha Nisha RTTP Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner
