The following skills are required: - Strong leadership, communication, motivation, collaboration skills and ability to manage office operations - Knowledge of dental office practices, billings, regulations - Excellent computer skills for scheduling, emailing, billing processing, and banking - Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized - Display maturity, integrity, and tact when dealing with patients and staff Education and Training: - A Bachelor's degree and/or demonstrated experience and training in dental reception/office management. References will be required.
