We are doing everything to ensure our accommodations are spotless and germ free. As always, we are cleaning with vinegar, bleach and antibacterial disinfectant soaps. As a convenience there are Clorox wipes to double insure all light switched, door knobs, plumbing fixtures, remotes, etc can be sanitized again. We cant be too careful these days...and we are there to make sure our guests leave with great memories...not germs.

Just received word that Airbnb is going to honour a bit of subsity payout for our cancelled booking through this time. Nice jesture. Its a bit insulting as many people cant travel, have no events to get to as everything is shut down. So people are not booking anyway. And as for the ones who bravely booked accommodations through this time were few and far between. As I loose thousands of dollars of a 30 year career, I might see a token handout of a $50. That is a slap i...n the face. And I might add that yesterday, a neighbour actually contacted me through airbnb to find out details of my business as they wanted to jump on board the already chocked group of dozens of BnBs struggling to suppliment their income. This 30 year career is now "dead in the water"...or rather "dead by the river". 2019 was a new beginning for our beautifully restored/renovated carriage house...but 2020 has not been so fortunate. This too shall pass and we will pick ourselves up and dust ourselves off and head to a positive reboot.

We are still accepting guests...but with many exceptions. If you need a clean and sanitary place to isolate, we will offer it. NO children at this time, no pets, We do not appreciate if you are going in and out to visit people. Grocery store ONLY. If this is not possible, we cannot offer accommodations. And please do not think just because we still live on premise, that we are there to rescue you if you cant manage a smart tv or internet. This is not a time for anything but social distancing. We have bleached down our accommodations top to bottom, left the unit empty for five days between guests to ensure the utmost protection for you and us as well. We consider this emergency accommodations ONLY. We guarantee that this is a safe and virus free environment. You will never see us or anyone else while you are here.

There are circumstances that arise that people need safe accommodations during this shut in. We have exterior entrances into our 600 SQ FT housekeeping suites. We have cloroxed top to bottom. There is no fabric in these suites other than the bed linens that are thoroughly washed and sanitized. PM if you are in need of. I promise you we take this extremely seriously and we are offering discounted pricing at this time, because we know every one is struggling through this isolation

If you must travel, this is the safest place...exterior entrance into the suite and no contact with any other guests. Parking right out your front entrance.
