PLEASE READ!!!!! After the Province of NB’s Covid-19 update that the Province has returned to the Orange Phase, here are a few reminders for the rinks of Bouctouche (JKI and Forum) and Cocagne : - Practices are permitted only within a single team. No games will be allowed.... - The number of occupants in the arenas is limited to 50 people or less, including participants / coaches / accompanying persons. - ACTIVE screening must be carried out upon entering the building, which means making sure to ask each person if they have any symptoms, if they have been tested for Covid-19 and that they are awaiting their result or have received a positive result, or if a member of their family has tested positive for Covid-19. If anyone answers yes to any of these questions, they will not be allowed to enter. - The arena employee will do active screening with the liaison officer. The liaison officer will then be responsible for doing ACTIVE screening for his team (participants / coaches / accompanying persons). - The number of accompanying persons is reduced to 1 / participant. In addition, coaches are now included as an accompanying person. If there are 15 participants, there should not be more than 15 accompanying adults, including coaches and liaison officer. - The liaison officer, 1 coach and goaltenders can enter 30 minutes before ice-time. - Participants and other coaches can enter 20 minutes before ice-time. - Parents can only enter at the time of the ice rental and must leave the building as soon as the rental is over ("buzzer"). It is forbidden to wait for child inside in order to meet the guidelines of 50 people or less in the building. - Maximum of 10 people per dressing room, including participants / coaches / accompanying adults. Each ice rental will have access to 3 dressing rooms. - Maximum of 25 players and 6 coaches on the ice at the same time. - The use of the players' bench is permitted, but with a distance of 2 meters between each person. - Participants must remain seated in their respective areas in the dressing room until the ice is ready, it is forbidden to wait in the hallway or on the players' bench. Coaches will be responsible for notifying participants when the ice is ready. - The liaison officer is responsible and must keep a log for ALL people entering the building for the ice rental. - The liaison officer has to control who enters the arena. However, once the agent is no longer at the door, the door remains locked and no one other than the liaison officer can open it. It is therefore important to contact the liaison officer ONLY if you must enter after the door is locked. - The liaison officer of the next team automatically takes this responsibility as soon as they arrive on the scene, 30 minutes before their ice rental.
