Hello Ayr Soccer Families, If you purchased and paid for your child(ren) to play soccer in Ayr this summer, you should already be aware that we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's soccer season. Full refunds are being issued to everyone. Refunds will be processed as follows: Payments by Credit Card:... - refunds will be reimbursed to the credit card that the payment was made with - refunds will be processed over the next 2 weeks - we will be processing refunds based on the date of purchase so if you made your purchase in January you will receive your refund sooner than someone who recently made their purchase Payments by Cheque: - cheques will be issued and mailed back to the address we have on file in PowerUp - this process can take up to 3-4 weeks before you receive your cheque in the mail If you have any questions or concerns regarding your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Ayr Soccer Club Families, The Ayr Soccer Board has been monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and were hopeful that we would be able to have a delayed start to our 2020 Outdoor Soccer Season. Despite our huge love for the game of soccer, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our regular soccer league season this summer for the health and safety of all our players, parents, coaches, referees and organizers. The ongoing health risks, restrictions, delays, and uncertainty sur...rounding the COVID-19 health emergency have been the basis of our decision to cancel our 2020 Recreational Soccer programming. On May 11th, 2020 Ontario Soccer announced that due to the current COVID-19 public health emergency all sanctioned in-person soccer events and activities for the month of June have been cancelled or postponed (sanctioned soccer has been suspended in Ontario since March 12th, 2020). Team sports are currently not allowed by the Ontario Government. Provincial Health authorities are currently advocating social distancing, the wearing of masks in public, and limiting the gathering of individuals. We regret having to make this decision, but believe it is the safest and fairest decision for our Ayr Soccer families. Full refunds will be issued to all affected registered participants. We are currently looking into our options to ensure that all refunds are issued as quickly and efficiently as possible. As soon as those details are finalized, we will communicate this process to all our currently registered members. We have a strong desire to see kids out on the soccer field this summer enjoying the sport they love and should provincial guidelines legally allow for team contact sports at some point this summer, we will make every effort to organize some soccer events for everyone to enjoy.
