New Brunswick has entered a new phase of recovery. Campgrounds, and other outdoor recreational businesses are allowed to open if physical distancing measures ar...e in place. However, non-essential travel into the province remains prohibited for campers and cottagers from outside New Brunswick. Water parks and swimming pools are not allowed to reopen at this time. For more information please visit www.gnb.ca/coronavirus.
Phase 2 (Orange)!! If physical distancing measures and gatherings of 10 or fewer can be respected, people can now enjoy CAMPGROUNDS. We are very excited to be opening for the season on May 15th and can’t wait to welcome back our summer family. Campers, an update on our camping rules (adjusted to meet Public Health and WorkSafeNB regulations) will be sent out shortly. Please review carefully as we all adjust to new measures implemented for the safety of our campers and community. We’ve all worked so hard to get to this phase, let’s continue to work together so we can enjoy our summer together. So looking forward to welcoming you all back to the park! See you soon! #NBalways #Bairdscampground
Hi Campers! Like many of you, we currently have more questions than answers as to what our summer season will look like. There is a bit of hope on the horizon with the announcement made on Friday that seasonal campgrounds could be part of "phase 2" within the Phased Re-Opening of the Province. We're hopeful this will be the case and are relying on New Brunswickers to keep up the good work to help us make this happen. We don't yet have a date as to when we will be allowed ...to open, nor do we know what opening will look like this summer. Please know we are doing everything we can to ensure our summer family can be back together at the park. We are expecting there will be a number of new requirements around some areas of the park (eg public washrooms) but we will meet the challenges in front of us together. To anyone who has an interest in camping with us for the season, we were anticipating having a few spots available and while we can't make any immediate commitments, we are very happy to take your name and information and put you on our waiting list. We can assure you that we will follow up with any new potential campers as soon as we have more answers. In the meantime, please feel free to call us at 273-2542. We miss you! And we hope to see you all very soon!
Are you a camper? Waffle cones with marshmallows, chocolate chips, bananas, and strawberries. Wrap in tinfoil and throw on the fire. aaaaahmazing
After a bit of field research we learned that the community behind Larlee Creek Hullabaloo in Perth-Andover, New Brunswick, live up to their reputation for bein...g the nicest there is. They had an amazing year, bringing in acts like Christina Martin, Dave Sampson, Dave Gunning and, of course, Nick Earle. Take a look at what we saw!
