The first wave of migrating male red-winged blackbirds are feeding at our platform feeder (22 March 2021).

Hanging Suet Feeder ($15) - 13" H x 8 1/8" W x 2 1/2" D - made from cedar. This is a replacement for the two-sided suet feeder that is no longer available. The feeder is a hanging design, that is accessible from both sides and holds one suet block. The grooved piece on the bottom provides a landing platform for smaller birds and support for larger birds.

Both evening and pine grosbeaks at my platform feeder this week (4 Dec 2020).
