I haven’t completely figured it all out as of yet but here is how I see it going. You send me your email . I then will send you a calendar of the month with the meals that will be made. I would like to introduce you to a porchella. This is my take on one. I rolled it with a wild rice dressing, but the traditional porchella has a herb stuffing. The outside still needs to be crisped up still but just had to share. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in these or some rolled turkeys. Ya know Thanks Giving is just around the corner.
