Brad Williams started his career at Bilton in October of 2007 as a Jr. QC Inspector. Within four years, Brad received a promotion to a Quality Control Inspector, working on various projects with a focus on ensuring quality expectations were met for each job. Four years later, after diligently applying himself to ...the job requirements as one of our Inspectors, Brad accepted the position of Quality Control Manager, where he has been responsible for leading the Quality Control team and establishing the highest quality level in each project Bilton completes for our customers. Earlier this year Brad accepted the role as Operations Manager where he was the liaison between production and office staff, while continuing to be an essential member of the Quality Control team. Help us to now, to congratulate Brad, as our new Director of Operations where Brad will manage not only the Quality Control team but manage the Project Management and Production departments! Congratulations Brad! Please help us to congratulate Brad on his new role as Director of Operations.
