Black Cat Guest Ranch 20.03.2021

Weather has broken. Long range forecast is for warmer weather. Should be great for hiking. Give us a call. We are open to limited numbers with all Covid protocols in place. We are a good place to come and take a nature break.

Hiking Side of Mt. Solomon

Black Cat Guest Ranch 26.01.2021

COVID-19 We are currently open, but our dining room is closed, so guests are required to take breakfast to their rooms. If Covid numbers continue to stay down, we will be able to open our dining room on FEBRUARY 8!... We are very much looking forward to this happening. It has been a very quiet winter so far, and it will be great to be able to share our beautiful surroundings with more guests again. You can make reservations through Booking.com, or you can contact us direct at 780-865-3084. If you get our answering machine, please leave a message and a good time to return your call and we will get back to you. It has been a fairly warm winter so far, but it looks like we will be getting some cold weather, and more snow to keep everything sparkly and white. We have been doing a lot of hiking on our trails to keep ourselves busy. As a result, several of our trails are packed to make then easy to hike on. The Mt. Solomon trail has been busy with both locals and out-of-town hikers, many of whom are hiking to the top of the mountain! Great to see so much use of this trail, but don't worry about Social Distancing, there is lots of room to get off the trail and let others by if you should meet on the trail. We are watching the health department restrictions, and making some tentative plans for the rest of the winter and spring. Let's hope the numbers continue to drop! Stay safe in this difficult time
