The power of the heart

There is a global grieving process going on ~ consciously or unconsciously ~ A process we are all either 'keeping at bay' ~ or having to meet, because it 'won't... stay down' ~ Shock ~ fear ~ grief ~ loss ~ sadness ~ anxiety ~ worry ~ depression (for some) ~ uncertainty, & the loss of the familiar & seemingly stable world that we all lived in a few weeks ago ~ This is a profound time ~ and we all cope ~ and all process ~ differently & at different times... but we are all living this same experience right now ~ Be SO very gentle with your heart right now ~ it needs for you to hold it ~ like you would a small child ~ to acknowledge everything that is arising within you ~ within us all ~ & to breathe & simply 'be' with it... We can't fix this with any amount of 'doing' ~ all we can do is to try to navigate the emotions that are moving powerfully either below consciousness ~ or on the surface of the mind ~ This is visceral ~ it is physical ~ it affects every cell... & if we can stop, really stop... & be With that ~ let the wave come ~ hold our own hearts ~ & let the storm come through us.... we Will surface on the other side stronger ~ & more Real ~ This too shall pass ~ So much love to you all ~
