Safety Update: 1. All staffs must wear masks and customers when are not seated, drinking or eating. 2. Starting Nov 23rd, we are collecting customers accurate information including names and phone number for both dine in and take out customers. 3. No more than 5 customers per table starting Nov 23rd. 4. We are doing the best to clean and sanitize our tables, booths, chairs and any touching surface. 5. We are operating under limited capacity. We have been in contact with Germaine and she was very gracious. As the owners of the restaurant, we are ultimately responsible for how our guests are treated. On behalf of all of our staff we sincerely apologize that both Germaine and her son were not treated respectfully. She offered to connect us to training and we have taken her up on this kind offer to learn and be better.

Last week we had an unfortunate situation where we deeply offended two of our customers and our community. We would like to apologize to them, our customers and public and let you know we will do better. We are trying hard to navigate through our reservation procedures during COVID pandemic. It’s a new process for employees, owners and customers and we made a mistake. Our goal was to ensure safety of our customers, and we had no intention of offending anyone. We feel terrible... that our actions hurt anyone. We will better train ourselves and our staff so everyone understands how to navigate during COVID. We have reached out to these customers to apologize and hope to speak to them personally. This incident is not reflective of our values or how we do business. We do again apologize to our community and customers. How we can make it better: 1. We will continue to train and communicate with all employees to obey and strengthen this new dine in policy to ensure we treat each individual equally. 2. We will continue follow government policy on how we keep table distancing to ensure customers have a safe environment to enjoy on. 3. We are open for any suggestion, feedback to work together to create a warm, safe and delightful experience to all our customers.

To all our communities and customers: We do NOT accept RACISM in our restaurant. It against our policy to single out any particular skin color! As we are immigrants in this country so we understand the feelings of being discriminated and isolated. Racism is NOT acceptable! However, we do apologize how our customers felt on this matter by one of our staffs. We respect and welcome every individuals equally.
