How’s everybody doing? The page is not so busy this time of year, but before we know it, we shall be open for another season. At this time, we are not too sure what the season will look like. If I was to guess... I would think travel will be allowed to the island but with proof of negative test or proof of vaccination, but that is just my perspective at this time. Many of the long time returning guests have now been communicated with and given the opportunity to reserve early... for 2022. That means come April I will open the calendar to all. We look forward to seeing those who can make it this summer, in a few short months. All the best to you all.

A nice little reminder of how beautiful our island is. Hopefully, we get to see many of you this coming summer.

The Annual Booking.com Awards were released earlier this week. We received a 9.1 which keeps us at a consistent level. Thank you to all those that stayed with us through booking.com for taking the time to leave a review. Although the majority of guests now book through us directly :-), it is still nice to receive reviews for others to read. If you haven't left a review for us before, we would much appreciate it. After a trip to the dentist, I decided to drop in to Blue Spruces for a quick inspection. All looks good. Of course, I had to choose a chilly day for a walk about... lol! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

We have made a few changes to our cottage 9. A new 2 seater has replaced one of the older couches, the master bedroom now has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom now has a double & twin versus 2 twins. It was a lovely day for a walk. The cottages are full for the long weekend and everyone appears to be enjoying their time here. Geat to see and enjoy the energy of guests having a good time.

Victoria-by-the-sea is always a place we recommend to our guests. It has some wonderful eateries such Landmark Oyster House.

Blue Spruces typically fills up pretty quick for the following year. However, it is filling up faster than normal leaving many people unable to reserve for 2021 or get their preferred stay. I have started a waiting list to try and keep track of the number of people requesting dates and or, preferred cottages.
