repost from @wonder_doodles "It has been a funky week in the Wonder world. While the end of the year is always exciting it also means there are a lot of big decisions to be made over here and projects beginning in the new year that feel a little daunting. My brain has felt a little overloaded and the cat is very much a representation of how I’ve been feeling. It’s hard knowing what things to say yes to, what to pursue, what is the best decision and my husband has been c...hecking in on me daily as I zone out while thinking of it all But all of that to say, sometimes it’s just hard and you just have to move through it. There is no magic fix or magic wand to wave that’ll put everything into place but your kindness to yourself remains. And that kindness is often what you need to carry you through to the other end. Happy Wednesday!" [Image Description: A cartoon grey cat laying on its back staring up. Surrounding the cat is a fish toy, a mouse toy, and a small ball of blue yarn. The text around the cat reads "Some days are just hard and all you can do is be kind to yourself as you get through it."]

Back in June, we hosted co-design sessions to inform our training and educational modules on eating disorders for the general public and health care providers. We heard from so many with lived experience of eating disorders who shared their stories, their insights, and their expertise. There are so many amazing tidbits and powerful words we could pull from these sessions. Here's just one.
