You’re looking at the newest Canadian Gemmologist, accepted into the fellowship this past month. FCGmA designation- Fellow of the Canadian Gemmological Association. This is a designation that most jewellers don’t actually carry, though very important. My goal with my studies was to solidify knowledge and expand expertise. There are many details to consider in the curation of diamonds and gemstones. I have always felt that education is the best tool to help clients feel conf...ident with their purchases, that and a defined standard of quality. Putting a face to the designs as we increase our international presence, there are clients who have yet to meet me face to face.
