Our charity initiative’s newest project is in collaboration with Youth Without Shelter (YWS). Youth Without Shelter provides safe emergency housing for homeless youth. YWS’s team of experts help youth helps build their confidence and life-skills and to find long-term housing and jobs. Sadly, many of these youth are troubled, and some have mental health illnesses and disorders. The rooms and the furniture in them often become damaged. YWS needs our help to repair and renovate ...their rooms for their future guests to feel at home. We are raising $1,500 for YWS’s Room Mates Program which will be applied towards: providing bedding, painting, refurbishing, and maintaining a room. Brighter Together ensures that every cent donated is applied towards their projects. Bright Immigration will cover all transaction fees, so the money that you donate is the money that YWS gets. Today is the 55th anniversary of the #CanadianFlag! It's a symbol that unites around the world and reflects the values we hold diversity, equality and inclusion. At the stroke of noon on February 15, 1965, Canada’s red and white maple leaf flag was raised for the very first time on Parliament Hill. On the same day in 1996, National Flag of Canada Day was declared. Let’s celebrate the #CanadianFlag in communities across the country! ...
