Wagyu is a Japanese breed of beef that is highly sought after in high end kitchens, our Wagyu is a 50% Wagyu but it doesn't take away from the amazing marbling you will find in these steaks. Our Wagyu's were born and raised on our farm in Skye Glen, we raised them with care and turned them out on pasture for the summer where they had a schmorgusboard of fresh grass, apples and grain. ... This beef was processed in a licenced inspected facility. Fresh Wednesday October 28. We are selling a variety package and individual cuts. $200 variety package includes (15lbs) 3 packs ground beef 1 pack stew beef 1 pack braising ribs 1 roast Steaks Tbone or prime rib Sirloin Round We also have briskets and soup bones available and all the above cuts individually if you prefer. Located in Skye Glen, at this time we are not able to deliver.
