Sausage of the Week Time!! Fresh Braised Short Rib & Red Wine Sausage! This week we braised a bunch of short ribs in red wine, salt and pepper. We then shredded the short ribs, missed in some garlic, onion, rosemary and more red wine. This one is a fresh 100% percent beef sausage. Bake it in the oven or toss this rich sausage on the grill! ... P.S. We also brought back the Grilled Cheese, Ham & Pickle Sausage!

SAUSAGE OF THE WEEK !! Smoked Spaghetti & Meatball Sausage! This week we took classic comfort food and shoved it into a casing . It’s a pork and beef sausage with the beef ground really coarse to simulate the meatballs. We used spaghetti noodles, fresh Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and finally a nice thick tomato pasta sauce to give it that spaghetti sauce flavour. We then smoked it and made it ready to eat. Great cold or warmed up!
