I've always been afraid of painting faces. I remember why. This pic that inspired this was taken last week at a friend's pool and it captured their personalities so well. It's not perfect but it's a fun representation of them at this age. Now hanging over the piano in the family room.

I'm pretty sure my clients are feeling "wonderful" having their basement refinished this past 4 months. Nothing like a fresh space when you're all trapped at home together.

This room gives me all the feels when I walk past and catch a glimpse of its warmth and character. I tossed a number of different wall molding ideas around when planning and landed on this for its timeless simplicity. Not too romantic and fragile feeling and not farmhousey. This house has a classic traditional feel that I want to respect and yet still push its boundaries a bit, just to keep it interesting. How do you push boundaries with your design?

Looking towards my coffee bar. It's real life baby, lots of Jesus and lots of coffee. This island is everything. Also double sinks are handy.

I'm starting to post a few more pictures of the kitchen!! Mostly because it was clean!!! This part of the kitchen used to be our dining room, we lucked out with this gorgeous window.
