Last night filled my cup! Kathy and Nicole booked with me weeks ago but due to smoke and weather, we finally made it happen last night... and I’m so glad we waited! The sky was perfect, and these two.... *chefs kiss*. They are so in love and it was so special to witness.

I shot Ashley and Craig’s wedding a whopping FIVE YEARS ago and now they have two awesome little boys! The oldest insisted Cat Boy be in the photos, and that was fine with us. Plus he fit in with the colour scheme Years from now this will be a fun one to look back on. I have pictures of my son from a session back in 2007 and he insisted on having snacks while we took pics, so his mitts are full of crackers @ariphagen

Oh hey! I almost didn’t see you there while I stood in this field. For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Camillia and I’ve been a professional photographer for 12 years! What can you expect from a session with me? Well you don’t have to do any work. I’ll boss you around (nicely), I’ll shout orders at you (sweetly, of course), we’ll have some laughs and I’m always open to any of your ideas as well. If you feel like Ricky Bobbi and you don’t know what to do with your ...hands, I’ll coach you through it. I like to work fast, so no painful 2 hour sessions. I photographed a ton of Grads this year and this was a special one for me. I've known Cadence's mom since I was a teenager and it was very sweet that I got to take her grad and family photos. I adore this photo of her and her date. Truly the cutest <3

I think this is the 4th time I've photographed this family, and I'm always excited to get their email at the beginning of the summer! I made them hike to my fave spot, and as soon as I saw the colour of the lake, I knew the photos would be gorgeous and I LOVE this casual snap of them.

Brooke was playing around with these dandelion seeds behind me while I photographed her parents, and I made her do it all over again because she looked like a Disney dream! This was the last photo in their gallery :)

Lots of love to Susan Bensmiller and everyone at @armstrong.dance.academy. Due to COVID-19 Susan has to close Armstrong Dance Academy after 14 years. I loved teaching tap at ADA from 2012-2016. Susan is a wonderful teacher and dancer and it was a dream to watch these students blossom and improve over the course of 10 months. I don’t recommend being your own wedding photographer , armed with only an iPhone XR, and all by myself, it was a wee bit stressful. At the same time, it was actually so much fun. I put on some music, had a Miami vice, got ready, took some snaps and had an hour or two to chill out :)
