Dear Breweries & Brewpubs: With all Restaurants & Bars closed, there are thousands of idle draft lines sitting full of beer. With the longer predictions of Social Distancing into April or May, your Draft lines cannot sit full of beer or product.... as taps will gum up and glue closed and lines will become contaminated... Draft lines need to flushed of product and cleaned, then refilled ideally with tap water for the long term, in order to be keep your system clean & in a "rea...dy" condition to re-start at a moments notice.... when things get back to opening...
