I paid a visit to the Cancer Survivors daffodil garden along Alderney Drive in Dartmouth this morning. I’ll be supplying some daylilies hybridized by me to add ...to the plants already in place as part of the HRM landscaping. So far about 5,800 daffodils have been planted and are just beginning to pop up. If you’re in the area in the next few weeks stop by and take a look at the garden. Kudos to Jim and Judie Edgar for their efforts in helping to establish this garden. See more

march 21st was a beautiful day so we headed down to our favourite place....The Daffodil Garden for Cancer Survivors. The main reason was to check out the daffod...ils planted in the fall. They are indeed coming up! We were pleased to see so many visitors at the Garden. It was so nice to have wonderful conversations with John and his family (see picture). Another visitor Victoria told us she visits a few times a week and the awesome Nancy V. Penney and her walking group. Also saw the famous Patricia Catherine Wall. NICE outing!
