THANK YOU! My name is Denry George and I am the owner and head chef at Caribbean Flavah in Hamilton and Oshawa. Today is my birthday and what I'm truly celebrating is all the support you have given the team at Caribbean Flavah I grew up in the beautiful village of Gasparillo in southern Trinidad, and was connected to the land and agricultural traditions from a young age. My entrepreneurial path began at 11 years old selling tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and other vegetables at Marabella Market in San Fernando. After moving to Canada I attended culinary studies at George Brown College and worked at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar and Chatterpaul's, before launching Caribbean Flavah to bring authentic, healthy, and delicious island cuisine to Southern Ontario. I look forward to serving you soon!
