Hey friends! We've missed you in this weirdo, upside-down quarentine world. Though we've been fairly quiet, we are hoping you've been able to find ways of worshiping an communing with those you hold dear. This Friday would have been our annual Pride Service. It will be strange to go without that life-giving Affirming, Inclusive Worship, followed by the always-FIRE Gospel Drag Show... but the limitations of quarentine just haven't afforded us the means to be able to pull t...his together online. However, we do want to point to some resources for those of you who would like to attend Pride Celebration services that will be held online. On Sunday June 21st, at 3pm, Generous Space will be holding a Queerentine Pride Worship Service where familiar faces like Beth Carlson-Malena, Becca Sawyer and Deb Whalen-Blaize will be contributing to the service. If you would like to attend, but are not a member of the private Generous Space Group on FB, please let us know you'd like to be there and we'll send you the Zoom link privately. And on Sunday June 28th at 10:30 The Church of the Transfiguration will be hosting their Pride Sunday Service. The service will be led by Rev. Dan Cranley, music from Deb Whalen-Blaize and Cormac Culkeen will be preaching. Hey folks! We want to let everyone know that, due to scheduling conflicts, we'll be taking a break in August and won't be having our usual monthly Church on Tap service.
