As of friday march 27th. The clinic will be open Monday to Thursday 8 am till 6 pm, Friday 8 am till 4 pm. We will be closed on Saturdays till further notice. To all our clients, In view of the present and always evolving COVID 19 situation the practice is going to maintain regular office hours . We have decreased personnel and are having an increase in both phone calls and sick patients. Please bear with us. We ask that you make appointments (medical or surgical) only for emergency or urgent care situations. We allow kitten and puppy vaccines as well.... To implement government recommendations and to protect both our staff and our clients we ask that no clients enter the office. The first door will be unlocked but the second will remain locked. When you come for an appointment (whether its an exam or drop-off for a surgery) we will ask: 1. Call the clinic on arrival before entering the first door. 2. The receptionist that takes the call will tell you when to enter the building and you can leave your pet in the vestibule between the 2 doors (in a cage or on a leash). One person at a time in the vestibule. 3. We will take charge of your pet once you will have exited. 4. We will examine your animal without you and will communicate by phone to discuss the findings and our recommendations. About purchases (food, medication refills...), we ask that you call the the day before to place your order. We will call you when it is ready, we will have you pay over the phone by credit card. When you come to pick up your order, call the clinic on arrival and we will place your order in the vestibule between the 2 doors. We will perform a thorough disinfection of the exam and surgery room between each patient. We will disinfect main entrance door knobs every hour. Thanks for your comprehension.
