WOW...we have such awesome customers in our shop...we helped a customer yesterday to get all her photos off her phone...and she appreciated it so much that she made us a nice fresh CHEESECAKE last night and springrolls. And they surprised us with them this morning! How cool is that??!! (Check out this beautiful cheesecake!)

We recently had some fun with an iwatch the other day...needed a new battery and the screen needed to be re-installed, due to the swollen old battery pushing it off. It was a fun one to do!

Recently repaired an ipad 7th gen screen.

Another super cool screen repair we did yesterday...an Iphone 11 Pro Max! I actually enjoy repairing all the new iphones!

This was a destroyed ipad mini 2 that we did a few days ago, and what a crap show that one was. For sure one of the worst damaged and chewed up ones ive seen. But once we got it all apart and put it all into a whole new frame...the customer then had a whole brand new ipad mini...and he was quite happy with that!

We got to do a Galaxy s20 screen repair recently...super fun one to do. I LOVE MY JOB!

I apologize in advance for all the shop updates, but we are trying different things to find whats going to work best for us, so we can stay open for our customers as they need us. So to the hours i posted a couple days ago, i closed yesterday at 3pm and got home and quickly realized that closing at 3pm is not going to work for me, as i then get home early and my bodys telling me i need to go to bed early, and by early i mean that im ready for bed by 6pm and that doesnt work f...or me. LoL So we will be open during our normal business hours mostly...but we WILL be keeping our safety protocols in place: NO customers will be inside the shop, and when you come in or call, we will explain all of that to you...so that we can keep at a safe distance from each other. Thanks for everyones patience with me changing things up every few days, while we are trying different things to get to something that will work all the way around for all. Im sure i can speak for ALL OF US when i say that i cant wait till all of this awfulness is over with, and things can get back to "normal" again, whatever that was for each of us. We will no longer be having customers inside the shop, until things clear up. This is for everyones safety. We can still do repairs for customers, but only with strict protocols in place now. Also we can only accept etransfer payments, which need to be made BEFORE you come back to pick up your repaired device...and credit card payments over the phone.(also to be paid before picking up device.) Please keep this in mind, this has to be done for the safety of ALL involved. This ...virus is starting to be spread in the communities now, and none of us should be willing to put other people at risk. So we hope that you will all understand our reasons for doing this...because this is bigger than ANY of us, and we need to look out for each other. Please STAY HOME folks, if you have no reason of necessity to be out in the public, we need to be part of the solution and not the problem.. or this will just continue to get much worse than it has to. Ok well after all of that in our last post, and truly planning on closing the shop up for a couple of weeks, we have decided to go about this in a different way. After just ONE DAY out of the shop, the phone wouldnt stop ringing(farwarded to my cell), and people needed things fixed and other shops didnt have what they needed and so on... So we will be OPEN, as i believe phones are a necessity in our lives, just for emergencies even, so we need to be open to make sure everyone...s phones are working just based on that. But that being said...we are taking SOCIAL DISTANCING very seriously! We will have very STRICT PROTOCOLS in place that everyone has to abide by, no exceptions...and this is for both yours and my own safety, we need to take this seriously. We ALL have others in our lives to consider here...so we need to make sure that we are looking out for them as well. So feel free to call and see what these protocols are before u come in please, then we can explain what the next step will be, to get your device in and repaired. Well folks the time has come...we are going to be closed at the shop for the next little while, until all of this horribleness passes. But make no mistake...WE WILL BE OPEN AGAIN SOON, when its safer to do so...being open is just too much risk unnecessarily right now. We at Cell Phone Medics are going to follow the suggestions of just closing up and staying home and self isolating until things are better. And i implore all of u out there to do the same thing. Dont take risks that you dont need to, keep your family safe! Thats the most important thing you can do. Ive forwarded the shops number to my cell, so i will be in contact anytime that anyone calls the shop. One of my customers came back in to see if i could get her sim card out of her old ancient Samsung, as it was the wrong size and it got stuck. So i says sure...but do you care if i break this old phone in the process? She says no not at all...SWEEEEET...my favorite kind of customer! LoL (got it out for her no prob...and am now recycling her old phone parts.)

Now we have new and VERY IMPROVED locks on the shop door! Ive colored out the make and shape of the locks, so that no ambitious idiots can try to figure out a way to get past them. But regardless im very happy with them, as they are very EVERYTHING PROOF...cant tamper, or pick, or drill them. We have the same ones as what the police station and places like that use on their doors...so im ok with that. And now im going to look at doing a few more things to make it impossible to get into my shop. ** i still dont even know WHY these clowns keep trying to get in...WE HAVE NO VALUABLES ON THE PREMISES!!! **

Soooo...this happened overnight...someone trying to get into my shop AGAIN!!! This time they tried to DRILL my door lock out! Im so sick and tired of these rotten thieves! ***note to THIEVES: Just leave me a list of what u want, and if i can, ill just leave it outside my door and u can TAKE IT! But just stop trying to break in is all i ask...cause NOTHING OF VALUE IS LEFT IN THIS SHOP OR ON THESE PREMISES, I PROMISE U THAT!! YOURE WASTING YOUR TIME AT MY SHOP!!***
