Finally got to do some crocheting today! Had to restart on my blanket cause I felt something was off but now the patterns I have chosen is 100% what I wanted this blanket to be!! :) I hope to get some more rows in this week now that my ducks are in a row. Have a great week all!

Happy Saturday all! All this cold and grey weather reminds me of my first project I made called KBubbles. It was a 2 month long project that I made this summer that was inspired by my best friend Kaitlin. Her bright personality lights up my days and never ending enthusiasm to live a better eco-friendly life is inspiring. As you can see the Bobble stitch creates these beautiful and fun puffs of yarn that create a nice cushion. The orange and blue hues with peek-a-boo brown and... purple represent nature and how everything is interconnected. The weight of this blanket was incredibly heavy. When I reached half way I had to crochet on my living room floor otherwise I would end up falling asleep under it. Thank you Kaitlin for letting me share these pictures and the story behind my most successful project considering it is such an advanced stitch. Cheers.
