Good evening members! With new health and safety measures across multiple regions in Ontario, we want to share that we have updated our policies and procedures to provide our members with the safest experience possible. As of October 24, fitness & aquafit class sizes will be reduced to a maximum of 10 people (including the instructor) and members will maintain a 3m distance from others - a friendly reminder to please book your classes in advance to maintain these capacities. As well, instructors will wear masks while providing instruction during fitness classes. Attention Members: Fall Updates - Changerooms have reopened as of Tues Oct 13th. Lockers are available for day use only. - Energy Zone reopened for any circuit, stretching or functional workout space that's needed. - Outdoor cycle classes have moved indoors to Libro Hall, Tuesday 5pm available for registration.... - Tuesday 7:15am Cycle class will kick off with a Halloween Themed ride for October 27th 2020. - New Hours beginning Tuesday November 2nd Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and 8am-1pm on the Weekends. With the Fall upon us, we want to take a moment and express our gratitude to our donors for supporting the Y during this unexpected year. With the Fall weather bringing unpredictability with it we're moving our classes indoors to the Libro Hall! You will enter the YMCA entrance (North/Left side of the building and head up the stairs to the hall (Always stay to the right on stairs)). For this week Tuesdays 5pm is the only class option, but we will be adding more classes in as the fall progresses so stay tuned to our Facebook page for announcements to come. *registration required, free for members max of 10 participants per class.
