A little workout for my people to try tomorrow!!! PLEASE Comment if you give it a try!! Download the Gym Boss timer if you can and put in two intervals: 40 se...c work and 20 sec rest, then set YOUR GOAL number of rounds in the main part of the workout (ie. 7 if you are doing one time thru)......then you won't have to watch the clock...just listen for the bell to ring.... Here is an easy sample warmup do each move for about 30 sec.....keeping it simple today since there is no video ;) moves you are pros at.... 1. Spine Twists 2. Side Bends 3. Skip 4. Sideline touches 5. Alt front kicks 6. Bum kickers with chest flies 7. Thoracic Twists (lean over, hands in bell, alternate hands to sky) 8. Hip hinges bell between heels - concentrating on long spine and turning on your glutes when you stand tall!!! Workout :) 1. Full mobility Swing 2. Alt reverse lunges with halo (halo when you step feet back together) 3. Alt swing switches 4. Pushup to side plank 5. True high pulls 6. Alt bent over Rows 7. Skating (jump or step side to side, option to touch floor)...hey if you are like me and you love that thruster back or step back to plank you can add that in every fourth skate ) Cooldown and stretch!!! Put on some good music and do this! Just do it!! Commit to ONE ROUND!! Then if you have time and you feel like it do another round!!! If you are done!!! Be proud of what you did!!!! You don't allow that voice in your head to talk you out of brushing your teeth!!!!!! So don't let it talk you out of this either!!! Get a piece of paper, write this down and do it!!!
