It's Pancake Day! Not pictured: the mess caused when I knocked over the batter bowl trying to put away dishes and make pancakes at the same time and list half the batter. Sigh.

We took an extra day off for a long, long weekend and went out for breakfast this morning @electricdinerhamont I'd been eyeing up their Rainbow Brite pancakes from afar, but then I just had to try their eggs benny with bacon and crumbly hickory sticks.
