Tired of struggling alone? Want to talk to someone who’s been there? ... Need confidentiality? Want anonymity? Call and speak to a trained peer supporter today. We’ve been there. We get it. The Channal Warm Line is open 10:00 am until midnight 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are available to anyone needing support on anything; big or small. We want to hear from you. For respectful ,non-judgmental support from someone who’s not only been there, but is also trained and certified. Call us at 753.2560 or toll free at 1.855.753.2560. All calls and information are confidential and anonymous. Would you like to connect with others who have similar experiences? Meet with us during one of our three virtual groups each week. These groups are structured and facilitated by one of our trained peer supporters. Each week we discuss a different topic pertaining to our wellness and recovery. In our peer support groups we learn from and support each other. To take part, simply send an email to [email protected]. Send an email for each group you’d like to attend the night before that particular group. A zoom link will be sent to you on the day of that group. The Well-being Course, the first course to be offered on the Well Central platform, offers a unique, interactive learning process guiding individuals through six dimensions of well-being: physical, social, emotional, c...ognitive, meaning and purpose and environmental well-being. The self-paced Course has 8 Modules, each taking less than 30 minutes to complete. The Well-being Course is evidence-informed and co-produced with people who have lived experience of mental health and addictions challenges. This ensures the information, activities, and strategies are grounded in research, experiential knowledge and are user-friendly.
