Bringing some holiday cheer to the house a little early with a Christmas themed buffet dinner this weekend. Included on the table was some gluten-free pistachio ginger snap fudge. Now everyone's smiling. :)

It's official: I'm a now a broke and busy student. That means time is precious and I'm relying on easy good food with minimal time and effort these days. Tonight's butter chicken dinner is already cooking in the slow cooker: chicken thighs, onion, tomatoes, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, fresh ginger, and garlic. It smells delicious!
