Officially reopening Wednesday February 17th 2021 It is with great pleasure that we announce the reopening of Cher & Ko Salon. With that being said we ask that you approach us with patience and kindness as we begin the tiered appointment booking procedure again. ... The tiered procedure is as follows: * if you had one (1) or several appointments rescheduled due to COVID-19 lockdown on December 25th 2020, than you will be considered the first group of clients to be rebooked. This will be determined by appointments cancelled in December, January, February & so forth. * Previously existing clients that have not been directly affected by the cancellations as listed above will have the next available appointments. For example: those asked to be put on our waiting list. * NEW clients (those that we’ve had interaction with but yet have not had the chance to book due to COVID-19) are always welcome, however, we will book your appointments following the ones listed above as it is only fair. WE WILL BE BOOKING APPOINTMENTS OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. If you can’t get a hold of us please be patient as we are answering calls, text, emails as best as we can. We must make known that due to the regulations and requirements here in Ontario, that upon entry of the premises you are required to: * Wear a properly fitting mask as we are in your personal space. * Wash your hands in the restroom or use hand sanitizer upon entry. Gloves if used improperly can contribute to cross contamination, they are not necessary. * We will not have reading material available but You can use your phone as long as you please wipe it down upon entry with the sanitary wipes provided. * Please respect the 6ft (2m) apart rule in the salon. * You will not be allowed to bring anyone with you to your appointment unless we have you booked appropriately with someone from your household. *Beverages will not be offered at this time. Just a reminder, if you have symptoms COVID-19 than we cannot book you. It is our right/duty to provide a safe space for our everyone. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we cannot wait to see all of you again!
