IT'S HERE, IT'S HERE, IT'S HERE! I am so excited to be offering this new group program! It has been on my mind for quite a long time & I can finally share it with you.... All fitness levels are welcome! INTRODUCING GUNS & BUNS! The program is called Guns & Buns but focuses on so much more than that. You will be toning those guns & buns, but you'll also be strengthening your core, as well as have weekly nutrition & motivational challenges. It's a 6 week group program so you will not be doing this alone. You will have a fantastic community of people doing it along with you. What are you waiting for? Message me to register! (program will only run with a minimum of 6 registrations. If there are not enough registrants funds will be refunded & program will not run)

Best exercises to shrink belly fat. What is the first thing you think of when you think of losing weight? Drop a few pounds, lose belly fat & widdle away the muffin top? So what are the best exercises to shrink belly fat? The best way to approach this is are exercises that combine cardio & strength!... Burpees are an excellent exercise! This exercise works your core, chest, shoulders, lats, triceps & quads! Mountain climbers are great because they work you core along with so many other muscles. Side to side medicine ball slams are excellent. This is a dynamic, explosive exercise that targets more than one muscle group. The Russian Twist is a core exercise that targets the obliques improving oblique strength & definition. You can do these with or without weights. If you have access to the gym or own one of your own, the rowing machine is an excellent piece of equipment to include cardio into your routine. Not only does the rower get your heart rate up, helps you burn calories & burn fat, it also works muscles in your legs, core, arms, shoulders & back. Planks are a great way to strengthen & tone your body as well as lose belly fat. All of these exercises can be found in the exercise library at www.skimble.com
Due to current Covid 19 guidelines all group classes will remain being run over zoom. These classes are Tuesdays @10 AM and Thursdays @ 7pm. All one on one training sessions will be moved to zoom until guidelines change. I will be in contact with those currently in sessions & those that have recently inquired about sessions. ... I ask that you please do your part in preventing the spread of Covid 19 so we can all get back to doing what we love sooner. :)
