With increasing #condo #insurance costs, the #barebones #standardunit definition has again become a topic of current interest. Only now it seems more condo advisors are acknowledging its benefits. It might still not be the solution for every condominium (and doesn't apply at all in the case of vacant land condos and common elements condos), but we think it is important for every standard condominium board to consider whether this is the right way to go (if you haven't alre...ady).
