Over the past year, my family and I have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle. We pay attention to what we are eating by reading labels, limiting sugar, and striving to eat more real foods. The mantra that you are what you eat has been around forever, but it wasn’t until I really started using essential oils that I realized you’re also what you put on your skin. It only takes 26 seconds for chemicals you put on your skin to enter your bloodstream. If we are trying... to reduce toxins in our diet, why not pay just as much attention to what we put on our skin? Any chemical drain cleaners should only be used in well-ventilated areas. The fumes are toxic and can burn your eyes and mucous membranes. Some forms of acid used in cleaners can smoke when they are added to water, putting more toxic fumes into the air. I have a clean background check, includes vulnerable sector check. I pay close attention to detail. Having cleaned in the hospital setting, I believe that sanitizing is important. Services include, but are not limited to: Move - in cleaning Move-o...ut cleaning Regular Scheduled cleaning Specific room only cleaning Rates are $25/he with your supplies. I can bring my own supplies, I use Norwex and or Young Living supplies for $30/hr.
