I just have to say this; there are some employees at stores that just go over and above in trying to help others. Marie at Home Depot, store #7027, went over and beyond helping us to get one item to finish off one of our empty homes for the new member moving in May 1st. All the other stores that we contacted said that it would be at least two days. Marie said the same, but I explained that when we placed the order, two days ago, the item was in stock at the store we work with... but this morning we were notified it was out of stock. Marie asked for my phone number and she would get back to me once she found out if there was something she could do. Got the phone call back and low and behold, our maintenance man was able to go and pick it up at her store. Home Depot, you have a fabulous employee in Marie at store number 7027!! Our new member will have a fully completed home when she moves into her new home in a couple of days.

Just to let you know, all the entry ways have been cleaned again. We have one more volunteer to help in their hallway; all that is left is 74 W, 76 W and 78 N. I'll be here until 4:30 so if you want a kit, please let me know

I know that members may be concerned that the cleaning of the entry ways would not be done because our maintenance men are not in today ~ I just finished getting it done. I will continue to do it when the guys are not in, but we could use some members to volunteer to help with this. We have disinfecting kits available in the office along with gloves. Anyway someone from each hallway could volunteer to help, everyone would appreciate it.
