Our new Ethiopian coffee is 10/10 region: Dimtu, West Guji cupping notes: gamay grape, florals, raspberry, fudge, sparkly... story: From a washing station run by Israel Degfa. Cherries from various smallholders in the Dimtu area of guji are collected and processed. Naturally organic, the farmers grow a mixture of Ethiopian Heirloom varietals in their small garden plots. This year's lot contains unidentified heirloom varietals along with local Dega and Wolisho landrace varieties.
