Ok! We cant not hype up these queens to the entire woooorrrrlllddddd. Alysia B is down 10.8 lbs in a month and a half. And Kristy Walker is down another 4 lbs... We freaking love you guys so much! Just the begining of so many epic accomplishments

Fit camps going down in a couple hours!! We are ready, and so excited to see you all. lets do this thaaaannnnggggggg. Some insane results have already happened in September from 2 lbs down to 4 lbs down! And a tone of muscle and energy gained. Its going to be an insane month for the family we are so freaking proud of you all! We cant wait to welcome our newbies and keep kicking butt with all our regulars.

Incase you were wondering, the answer is HELL YEAH! Fit camp is still going down at 7pm on monday September 7th, we dont have it in us to go that much time without you guys lets kick some butt!
