Minimal (or no equipment) for home workout? . Zero problem!! Body weight exercises, calisthenics, stationary holds, yoga poses, walking and hiking require zero equipment. . All the you require for a great workout is the want to do it! That's it! Want it despite of the excuse to avoid it.... . Why do you want it? . To feel stronger? . To gain energy? . To feel more confident? . To rock your favorite jeans? . To keep up with your kids? . To keep up with your grandkids? . To build bone density? . Those feelings are powerful and much more important than the excuses in your way. . Taking care of you means caring for ALL your needs. . Our bodies require water, wholesome food, movement and rest. Pay attention to all of these requirements daily. . Your glass should be mostly full of water. (of course I enjoy some coffee and some wine)... . Whole and colourful food for most of your meals offers vital nutrients and fiber. (pizza and pasta are my sometimes choices) . We're meant to move daily....not a marathon or HIIT class per say, but find something! . Rest times and adequate sleep allow us to recovery and restore our energy levels so that we can do it all again. . Guess where all these practices and habits begin??? . Your mind has the power to set everything into motion and create habits that make you feel absolutely fabulous! . Thoughts and feelings drive every action that we produce (or don't produce) and that is where your power lies! . Believe that!! . Agreed?? See more

The first lesson of the year is to be kind. To yourself first then to others. When faced with adversary (as we all currently are) it's so important to prioritize the importance selfcare. This takes on so many meanings. Our physical wellness requires rest, hydration, nourishment and movement. Makes sense right? "Hang Loose" . I guess this means something different to each of us; Take it easy, Right on, Thank you, etc. . The way I see it, we could all use some of that right about now. Chill, agreement, gratitude. ... . We're not meant to be in complete agreement with one another, but mutual respect is paramount! . It's quite simple really.....be kind. That's is. Be kind to yourself and to one another. . If your day is wearing on you then be kind to yourself and get some space. This supports your needs as well as protecting others from a potentially harsh but avoidable situation. . It all come back to self care..... . Agreed?? See more
