Here is another quick 10 minute workout. Set a timer for 10 minutes. At the beginning of every minute do 10 reps of this movement and use the remainder of the minute to rest. Continue that every minute for the duration of the timer. Enjoy!

Self discipline can be uncomfortable. Instead of resisting the discomfort, learn how to sit in the uncomfortable feelings and situations. You can practice this by doing something (daily) in a controlled situation that makes you uncomfortable. Take a cold shower, sit in a hot sauna or shovel the driveway in a tanktop. When the resistance arises breathe deeply and stay present. Your mind will try to distract you with a narrative about the discomfort, just bring yourself back to the breath. This practice cultivates resilience and solution-focused thinking.
Be present throughout your day. Treat every moment like a new one instead of viewing it through the clouded lens of the past.
Breathe. Take 30 seconds, right now, to click this image. Inhale through your nose, deep into your belly. Hold. Exhale through your nose releasing all the breath. Hold. Then repeat. You can do this periodically through your day any time you need a reset or just to remind yourself to breathe. Have a good day!
