We hope you enjoy this #behindthescenes video of how we make #pralin . . We roast the nuts and caramelize the sugar separately to have full control over the flavours. By making our own pralin for each nut, were able to control the quality, texture and flavour profile of the end product. This means youre never getting a commercially made pralin with artificial flavours, fillers and preservatives.

These moulds have been polished, decorated with coloured cocoa butter and shelled with a thin layer of 55% Equatoriale chocolate.
