Please Read Our first opening day is tomorrow, June 1st! We have some new policies and procedures in place to keep everyone safe, please read through them! - Please come to your appointment unaccompanied.... - You can call the shop or message me to let us know you have arrived and we will let you know when we are ready for you to come in! 403-980-0190 - Please sanitize your hands as soon as you get in the shop (we have lots of sanitizer provided) - Please wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. This is not negotiable. No mask: No service. You may bring your own or we have them for a few dollars. - We will not be serving any food or drink at this time so please bring your own if needed. We may ask you to wipe the surfaces of your belongings upon arrival. If possible, please leave jackets or unnecessary things in your vehicle. - Please if you are AT ALL unwell or have been around anyone who is sick, call to reschedule. We will not be charging cancellation fees. - If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me or one of our team members know! I am still in the process of contacting people on the wait list so thank you for your continued patience and understanding!!

I'm going to say it again: Thank you for your patience!! I am working hard to reschedule everyone on my list. I have over 110 appointments that I am trying to accomodate. As much as I'd love to see new faces in my chair, I can not at this time 'squeeze' anyone in.... Appointments that have been cancelled/ postponed get priority over new ones. It is only fair to those that have been waiting since March/April/May. If I have not gotten back to your message, I will be in the coming week. I'm receiving lots of messages every day and am doing my best. I appreciate your kindness and understanding.

Our new opening date will be June 1st! I know there are a lot of people excited to get in but I ask for your continued patience. Our hours have been cut and we will only be able to book on specific days for now (Monday, Wednesday, Friday for me) I will be working on reorganizing my schedule and will be contacting everyone to rebook in the coming weeks.... I am NOT in a position to offer discounts or compensation for cancelled appointments. This situation was labeled a 'state of emergency' and it's out of my hands. I will be working with limited hours and limited appointments for the time being. I have a family of my own to provide for. This is our boy Finnegan. Some of you may have met him in the shop on quiet days or heard me talk about him and our other boy Sully. He was such a good boy, you could do anything to this dog and he would just roll over and ask for belly rubs. We made the hard decision to let him go this week, his mind and heart were strong but his body was failing him. We'll all miss you buddy Sending lots of love and cuddles to wherever you are
