Starting a new year can be pretty great! We have goals and hopes for the year ahead, but why does that great feeling fade as we go through the year? Having an #attitudeofgrattitude on a daily basis has been proven to change the way we see and experience our day to day. By being mindful and aware of what we are grateful for, whatever it is, we are altering our mindset to be naturally positive not just when good things are happening in our lives, but through every moment we experience - now that's something I can get on board with! Lets take a moment practice..

Last night we started our first CCT after school group of the year! Lana and Marina took the kids of St. Mary's through the steps of taco making, and they were pro's! Cooking together or alone comes with so many health benefits, we get to connect with others while we do it or we can spend time reflecting and expressing ourselves through what we make!
