Last night we started our first CCT after school group of the year! Lana and Marina took the kids of St. Mary's through the steps of taco making, and they were pro's! Cooking together or alone comes with so many health benefits, we get to connect with others while we do it or we can spend time reflecting and expressing ourselves through what we make!
