#onthisday #8yearsago I was a legitimate #runwaymodel for one of Canada’s most celebrated & talented designers, @denisgagnon.ca’s #fallautumn collection during Montréal’s (last) @semainmode #2012... and yes, #thatismyrealhair. this exquisitely confortable piece, although not flashy, was #DenisGagnon’s favourite in this collection because it had his favourite picture of his elegant mother on the steps of #notredamecathedral silk screened on the back of the chemise dress (whi...ch he did himself); and he vividly recounted the story of that day when his mother asked him take a photo of her while doing final touches... This was also the night I finally met & spoke personally avec ma tante autant célèbré que le désigner et aussi #halfitalian comme moie, thé icon of #quebecois drag herself, @madolamotte & other fabulous #mtldrag personalities. I remember seeing my most favourite québécoise tv personality i grew up with @cloutierv in front of me on the red carpet (which I arrived actually fashionably late to) & the very real @willsmith behind me (I would like to think he thought/said DAMN when I #werkedtherunway)...
