Our most famous classic here at the Copper Kettle is our Wiener Schnitzel served over mashed potatoes with red cabbage, fresh vegetables and a garnish of lemon. The U.S. and Swedish embassy used to come specifically for our Wiener Schnitzel at our previous location in downtown Ottawa.
