Campground Update Today’s NL Government update has moved campground overnight stays to level 3! We are happy to inform you all that we will be opening the campground once we progress to level 3, this date will be determined by the NL government and we will provide you with our opening date once that has been set. ... Good day everyone! We hope this message finds you well. We have a few updates in regards to the RV park and the Motel for you all. For the RV Park: Campgrounds have been classified as level 2 in the reopening plan in place by the NL government. This means we will not be open to guests until the government announces we have progressed to level 2. We will provide further updates as they become available. ... For those with campers in storage call (709) 256-4005 if you wish to avail of our summer storage option or to arrange pick up. The motel and cottages are now available for nightly rentals. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect. Continental breakfast services are not available at this time and the dining room is closed to guests. This will be re-evaluated as we progress through the government levelling system. International and out of province guests will not be accepted at this time. When booking please give us your expected time of arrival. Physical distancing along with contact less check in/out is in place to protect the safety of guests and staff. UPDATE Campgrounds have been classified under level 2 for the current alert system. We are unable to provide an opening date for the season but remain hopeful that we can progress through the levels seamlessly. Seasonal and extended stay camping rates will be adjusted with regulations in place for safety once we have the green light to open! ... Update We have decided to remain closed for the next two weeks with a possible reopening date of May 10th, 2020. We will confirm prior to this date. Safety measures will be in place at this time to allow for physical distancing and contactless check in/out. With regards to the RV Park, campgrounds remain on the non-essential list and will not be permitted to open at this point. We will further update as this information becomes available to us. ... For those with RV's stored in the park, we understand you are anxious to get your RV's home to prep for the summer. There is still a fair amount of snow on the road, thus, it will be another couple of weeks before you will be able to drive into the park to access your RV. To our value customers, it is with much deliberation that we have decided to temporarily close our business effective immediately. This closure will remain in effect until April 30th, 2020, at which time we will re-evaluate.
