This is Avalon, our Red Mangalitsa pig (a Hungarian breed of domestic pig). Avalon lives in our discovery garden with her best friend Delilah the Pot-bellied pig. Together, these two make quite the dynamic duo! Earlier last month, they devoured almost the entirety of the leftover organic pumpkins from the Discovery Garden patch. When they're not eating pumpkins, you'll find these two eagerly waiting for a belly rub, or eating organic culled fruits and vegetables from the packing house .
