A representation of our circular model that details our waste to energy process: 1. First, our partner, Ergo, installs lockable oil collection bins at our local restaurant partners where the Waste Cooking Oil (WCO) is regularly picked up. 2. Next, the oil is taken to a facility to be repurposed and upcycled for other uses.... 3. Biodiesel is locally produced. 4. Lastly, our carbon-neutral biodiesel is made available locally through Green & Go stations.
