Recovery is available for all people, not just some. The broken places in our lives childhood pain, family hurt, addiction, habits and hang-ups we simply can’...t kick are the very places God can do His finest work. People from diverse backgrounds may believe that Celebrate Recovery is not a safe space to find healing and freedom. Maybe you presume, Those aren’t my people. People from my tribe (family, culture, or tradition) don’t talk about those things," or the most common, I don’t have an addiction, so this program won’t work for me. However, the reality of hurt and addiction exist in every culture. Pain does not discriminate, and neither does the journey that leads toward Christ’s healing power. While our experiences and cultures may differ, there is one path that leads to lasting change. Freedom is available as we take intentional steps toward unveiling our hurts and accepting God’s grace and forgiveness. Celebrate Recovery’s Cultural Communities exist to ensure every race is aware and can benefit from our Christ centered recovery program. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for you. CR Community members experience life change, fresh vision, renewed strength, restored hope, and lasting relationships. That’s good news for all people. No one is left out! Freedom can be a reality for you, one step at a time. The table is set and there’s a place reserved just for you. Welcome to your forever family! #CR #CelebrateRecovery #CulturalCommunities CelebrateRecovery.com

We have all had those areas in our lives that seem a bit more difficult to address. We ignore these closets that collect our dysfunction until their negative ef...fects become too painful. And then we face one of our biggest decisions; continue in our denial or address the mess. David, armed with his experience of previous victories, showed us how we can address some of the toughest parts of our lives when he addressed Goliath: Then David said to the Philistine, You come to me with a sword and with a spear and with a javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 1 Samuel 17:45 When the Philistine arose and came and drew near to meet David, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet the Philistine. 1 Samuel 17:48 Geared up with the faith that God will be with us, we can reject our denial and run to the messes in our lives. #CR #CelebrateRecovery #AddressTheMess CelebrateRecovery.com

Faith is different for everyone. It takes cues from our history, is influenced by our culture, and is constantly impacted by our experiences. Likewise, people ...ask of Jesus differently. Some pray quietly, some pray out loud, some spend time preparing for their prayers and others have conversations throughout the day with God. When it comes to the healing power of Jesus Christ, we come to believe the same thing: He is the one in control. When the woman who experienced this miracle realized what had happened to her, she came before him, trembling with fear, and threw herself down at his feet, saying, I was the one who touched you. And she told him her story of what had just happened. Then Jesus said to her, Daughter, because you dared to believe, your faith has healed you. Go with peace in your heart, and be free from your suffering! Mark 5:33-34 TPT #CR #CelebrateRecovery #Believe CelebrateRecovery.com
